Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email and payment. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If there is going to be any delay we will contact you via email or messenger to discuss the delay.
Shipping Address and Details
All customers must provide accurate shipping address, current email and phone number. These are required by our shipping providers.
Unclaimed parcels returned to us can be re-sent at the buyer’s cost.
Tracking
All customers will be provided with a tracking number for tracking orders in transit. The tracking number will be sent to the email address provided on the order.
Domestic Shipping Rates (Australia)
Australian domestic pricing is listed at Checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your total package and shipped via Australia Post.
In-store pickup
We do not offer in store pickup.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to all countries with exception to countries under UN Embargo (listed further down).
For all international deliveries, we will ensure that the product label details exactly what is in the package to allow for clear customs clarification.
Countries currently under UN Embargo: Cuba, Guatemala, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan (North). No shipments can be sent to these destination countries.
Pricing: The Price listed at Checkout is the correct price, and is based on weight and dimensions of your total checkout package.
Your delivery time may vary depending on the country.
Time frames Delivery Estimates:
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes and tariffs (USA), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Boost Doc is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
USA: USA Government Tariffs are collected at checkout and sent via the Shipping partners.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available after shipping notification.
If you haven’t received your order within the time frames of the Shipping Policy, please contact us via the contact page or Facebook Messenger with your name and order number, and we will track it down for you.
The tracking email will include a link for tracking. Links will varying based on the delivery provider.
P.O. Boxes, Locked bag, Parcel drop, Parcel lockers
We only deliver to a physical address, unless prior arrangements are made via email.
We do ship to military personnel, such as APO, DPO & FPO, however most carriers will only ship ground mail.
