* Remove the old rusty unit with an air saw, be very careful to only cut the rusty outlet, and not cut into the aluminum material of the manifold. Once you cut all the way through the rusty outlet, use multi-grips or a similar tool to crush the rusty outlet in on itself.
Do NOT man-handle the old outlet by prying it back and forth, as this will bruise the port and can cause sealing issues on the new part when you install it.
