Installation Instructions:

Mark the Center for the VCT Hub:
Locate the yellow dots on the image to find the center of the VCT hub, and draw a cross to mark the spot. Double-check alignment with your application to ensure the hole is positioned correctly. -
Drill the 76mm Hole:
Use a 3” (76mm) hole saw to cut out the necessary hole for the VCT hub. Start by drilling a 4mm pilot hole to mark the exact center of the VCT hub. -
Install the VCT Bump:
After drilling the hole, place the VCT bump onto the cover. The bump features a locating lip that ensures proper alignment. -
Secure the VCT Bump:
Once aligned, either glue or weld the VCT bump into place to secure it to the timing cover. -
Finish the Modification:
After the VCT bump is secured, apply a fresh coat of paint to complete the conversion and match the look of your engine.
